CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION
- Service delivery – the quality of their client servicing. How friendly, warm, customer focused etc.?
- Innovation – the extent to which they employ technology in the delivery of their services or products
- Quality Assurance – this has to do with the extent of satisfaction derived from their product or service. Did the product or service meet up with the promise etc.?
- Inclusion – the extent to which their processes support inclusion and respect the preferences of people (gender, religion, ethnicity etc.)
